Franshys Privacy Policy

Franshys (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI business operating system — CRM, lead management, sales, franchise management, customer support and HR management — offered through paid subscription plans, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit www.franshys.com, subscribe to a plan, request a demo, or use Franshys products at app.franshys.com.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information — name, work email, phone, password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and role when you create a Franshys account.
• Business information — company name, business type, franchise/location details and other information you provide while using the platform.
• Contact information — details you submit when you request a demo, contact sales or support, or submit a billing/refund request.
• Technical information — device and browser type, operating system, and diagnostic logs.
• IP information — IP address, used for security, fraud prevention and, where legally required, consent/acceptance records.
• Usage analytics — product interactions, feature usage and website analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
• Payment information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is completed through our payment processor's secure hosted checkout. Franshys does not collect or store your full card number, CVV/CVC, or other sensitive card data on its own servers. We may receive and store limited billing-related information from our payment processor, such as your plan, billing amount, billing date, subscription status, and a payment method identifier (e.g. card brand and last 4 digits), for the purpose of displaying your billing history and managing your subscription.
• Communications — messages you send to sales, support, or through billing/refund forms.

2. Purposes of processing

• Provide, secure and improve the Franshys platform
• Process subscription payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations
• Respond to demo, sales, billing and support requests
• Display relevant product content for your business type
• Send service notices (including billing and renewal notices) and, with consent where required, product updates
• Detect abuse, prevent payment fraud and meet legal obligations
• Record acceptance of our Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy where relevant to a purchase

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we process data based on contract performance (including processing your subscription and payment), legitimate interests (product improvement and security), consent (marketing), or legal obligation.

4. Third-party processors and payment providers

We share data with service providers who help us operate Franshys, under appropriate agreements, including:

• our payment processor — our payment processor, which acts as Merchant of Record for subscription transactions and handles your full payment card details on its own secure, hosted checkout. Franshys does not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
• Infrastructure, analytics, advertising and email providers that support the website and product. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our payment processor and other service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention

We retain personal data, including billing history, only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. Billing records may be retained after subscription cancellation for these purposes even where other account data is deleted.

7. Data security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, role-based permissions and operational safeguards appropriate for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Sensitive payment card data is handled by our payment processor's hosted checkout rather than on Franshys servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. 8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact support@franshys.com to submit a request.

9. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@franshys.com. We will act on valid requests except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain data (for example, billing records needed for tax or accounting purposes).

11. Children

Franshys is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
